You may find this humorous. Since the Les Paul I received was damaged from the factory I thought I would screw with their "Dispute" Promise. The guitar I would receive would be in 100% perfect condition. My wife ordered it so I had her type in the dispute. She handled it in a nicer manor than I would have. I can get a little overly "Aggressive". I told her to push what our resolve would be. I will add a picture and paste the dispute. Oh, I got another fifty bucks off the guitar. The responses read/start from the bottom up.

Your response to my claim of actual dents and scratches in which you think I can wipe off with a rag is highly an insult. I'd like to know what you plan to do about this. I'd like a similar guitar as a replacement. I white or black Les Paul Custom. I think compensation should be honored. I hope you realize how serious this is. No, I cannot wipe off the dents! Cleaning rags will not take away the dents. It is not a wipe away blemish. These are scratches and dents into the body of the guitar. Your listing says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. |

The guitar I received would be perfect BUT someone in the manufacturers shipping spilled silica gel desiccant beads in the guitar case. Then placed the guitar in the case and then shipped it. When I pulled the guitar out of the case and checked the back--there are over 35 deep dimples from the beads embedded themselves in the guitars body. I have pictures to send (digital) to you if necessary. Also pictures of the beads I hand picked out of the bottom of the guitar case. If this would not have happened I would be very happy. I would like to buy more of this companies products. This needs to be taken care of first. |

I swear they have covered anything possible to copy.
For The life of me I couldn't figure out how this happened.
Then I ran my fingers thru the "cheap" cases lining and found the beads.
The size of 1/8" pebbles.
